A throne fit for cat

When we were in t'Yorkshire Dales earlier in the year we bought a green wood chair from Paul Girling of Sedbergh.

Paul Girling is one of the very few full-time traditional chair makers in the U.K. He makes a range of fine hand-made chairs, settles, benches and stools in coppiced Cumbrian oak and ash. The location map shows where his workshop is based.

The chair is wonderfully comfortable; just ask Thomas who has claimed possession.
