My little corner

We had a good preparation session for the children's holiday club this afternoon and I thought I would show you my little music corner. I squash everything, including my guitar, music stand, microphone and me, with a piano stool to sit on in a very small space behind the clavinova (piano). It at least gives me a space to keep my music etc and means there's no danger of things being knocked over. I am sharing the space with a very cuddly bunny courtesy of Y who is leading the six year old group which is based nearest to where I am. :-))

Had rather a frantic lunch experience today - decided to cook pasta and bolognese sauce, then realised at the last minute that I had no tinned tomatoes! It was pouring with rain, the car was round the church and I was on a tight schedule, so I quickly peeled some fresh tomatoes and chopped them up. I thought it might not be as nice without all the juice that you get in a can, but it was fine! Panic over.
