Life and death......

Tulips are one of my favourite flowers... they have such an amazing beauty both in living & dying .... such grace.....

Life is to be appreciated in all its shape and form .... each moment each day brings new wonders which are often overlooked...

Today has been really hectic ... no time to stop and think.... i took this quick blip at breakfast ... while eating my porridge...
work, swim, see the bank manager, food shop, cook, clear away, collapse.. the end of another day.....

What did i miss... the light and shade, walking to the pool, the support of my students in lesson today, the closeness of family sharing supper....
too often we miss what is in front of us....
Sometimes it is good to stop and appreciate what we have no time to consider....
