Early start

Sailed out of Belfast Lough this morning at 7.30am, not in our own wee boat, but on the Stena ferry to Cairnryan.

The flat in Edinburgh has been sold and we hand over keys on Friday, so I have spent this afternoon on hands and knees cleaning the tops of skirting boards!

Furniture has gone already and has found a new home with the Precious and Gustavo. Unfortunately their furniture movers were extremely zealous and have totally cleared the place out. We had to bring a kettle, plates and cutlery from home! The Precious is calling it 'glamping'.

Tomorrow sees the Ards Man doing a bit of wallpapering for the Precious and Gus in their new flat. I think we'll need a holiday after this, so going back to school next week will be a bit of a shock to the system.
