ALONG THE POND
in the afternoon, there were so many couples of damselflies, holding themselves with their tiny legs tightly, not wanting to be blown away by the strong wind.
There was a sudden rainpour and I tried to keep out of it under a tree.
In the morning Piet Hein had left for Germany, I continued with my jobs of clearing and re-organising in out home.
And Mischa came for dinner, told about her day and I showed her my pictures, we choose the one for blip and what I had accomplished today.
My haiku:
There was once a pair
They flew together along
The green fertile pond
And the quote from Thomas Fuller, M.D. in Gnomologia:
If you leap into a well, Providence is not bound to fetch you out.
