Harry's Rowan tree

Showery and stormy weather today with thunder and lightning to boot. In between the rain, there were bursts of brilliant sunshine and temporary warmth. Truly bizarre.

Still post-recovery, I enjoyed lunch with a friend and then an afternoon drowsy rest, punctuated by claps of thunder.

Not daring to venture far afield, I abandoned my usual walk and just managed a quick snap of the garden. This is Harry's bird feeding tree. The bird feed needs topping up - a job for his return tomorrow.
