Pretty thistle (?!)

Monday, start of the week and back to work after the long/busy weekend.

Awake early (things on my mind) so out with the dogs - noticed this lonely thistle, but pretty (if a thistle can be pretty!).

Full on day, solving problems and trying to get an assessment finished without interruptions!

Had a free health check appointment, quite impressed as my results are:
Cholesterol - 4.52
BP - 132/71
6% risk of getting heart attack or having a stroke in next 10 years!
Ok, we won't talk about my inactivity or high BMI, but it's hard work trying to look good and I'm working from the inside out!

Early(ish) to bed tonight to catch up on sleep.
