Early morning run

Trying to back blip as life has been busy, busy...finally all caught up.

Started my day with an early morning run in the forest...a little muddy due to the rain we had last night.

Summer is slowly leaving us. It's getting darker a lot earlier, the mornings and evenings it's chilly, but still lovely and warm during the day.

My daughter and I walked down to town this afternoon as well.

I personal trained my client this evening before dinner.

I feel as if I have so much to do these days.....with being busy and having to do my own housework.....
