Lunch at Moyra Janes

I only took two quick photos today, both of my delicious Prawn Marie Rose sandwiches and salad at Moyra Janes Bistro in Pollokshields. Lovely to meet with a friend for lunch and catch up with all the summer goings on.

What weather, the back lash of Hurricane Bertha. Glasgow hasn't been too badly affected, although I was woken up about 4am with rain battering against the window. The images of flooding, roads collapsing, and trees down around Elgin and Speyside are quite alarming. There are Met Office warnings and travel alerts out this evening.

Four sleeps till I have both boys home for the weekend. It's been too long since we were altogether. Only for three nights though, before #2 heads East and #1 heads West. More about that later .....
