Propreller?

Busy day today. We spent the afternoon at my better half's retirement party. The weather held off and we all had a lovely time in their garden - it was a bit breezy but warm enough and there was plenty of chatting in the sun.

This quick blip was grabbed before the light failed when we got home, it's a Rudbeckia of some sorts in the flower bed under the living room window.
