Woke up just before the alarm clock (and the rest of my family) to go to the care home as Dad's chaperone for his hospital appointment. Got to the home and he was in his usual stubborn mood. Wanted to go out in his dressing gown and slippers. He saw sense when the transport arrived.
Arrived an hour before his appointment, had his colonoscopy, everything finished on time, called for transport and ended up waiting over an hour and a half. So lots of conversations with Dad, he now wants a tricycle instead of a bike. He's makes me mad, never ever gives up when he thinks he's right. I think it's time for him to pay for a physiotherapist to come and visit and tell him off. Finally got back and had to pick up the girls from the in-laws as Mr S had to go to work and I wasn't back in time.
The girls and I spent the rest of the day playing and reading. Nice quiet dinner, read after, watch the International Space Station go over and then bed.
