Cook-A-Doodle-Dooo!

This blip is for my great friend Lynne (aka Moments) - she loved taking photos of the chickens - we have 3 hens and 1 rooster....and she had such a blast collecting the eggs.....she really should be a country girl :)

It was maybe -10 or -12 today......so beautiful, bright and sunny and with the soft, fluffy snow that has been falling now for the past 2 days...there were some stunning images out there....amazing patterns created by the snow laying about 2-3 inches thick on the branches of the trees, the blue sky, the wonderful glitter of the snow in the sun....but enough.....i've had enough.....i want colour, texture, things growing and moving in the warm breeze.....but back to reality!

So here's our Rooster boy.....isn't he stunning!!!!
