Another one if my favourite beaches.

A long morning in the surf with J and H, topped off with the boys offering to wander up the beach to get me a lovely cappuccino and a flapjack from the coffee wagon at the end of the bay.

They've now gone sand dune jumping and I am alone, in middle aged heaven with all the above and my Kindle sat listening to the surf.
