The winner is Percy

Smith & Vine wine shop in Cobble Hill is quite unique. Along with a Darth Vader mannequin advertising the merits of a bottle of merlot are the winners and runners up in a customer cutest pet competition. Although Percy looks like a good choice I think the Scottish Terrier called Dr Watson with rimmed glasses was robbed!
