Pleased to See You!

James had an unexpected play date today when his best friend came round and stayed for lunch/afternoon. He was so pleased as he hadn't seen him since the end of term and two and a half weeks is a long time in the life of an 8 year old!

Unfortunately their fun had to be put on hold for half an hour this afternoon, as Amy had a podiatrist appointment and I had to take them along with me. They didn't seem to mind and spent the whole time talking about football!
