Take time

Another super-busy one.

New trainees began their placements today - always a pleasure to meet keen, young, enthusiastic people at the beginning of their careers. They're so full of expectancy, willingness and anticipation - it's almost contagious.

Home late then a quick dinner before heading out to camera club. When all else looks crazy there is one thing that is simply non-negotiable. I want to put more into my non-negotiable basket - things like reading, walking, exploring, exercise.....

I think I need a 30 hour day.
