Obscenity

Personally I find the idea of a Food bank in Dunfermline utterly obscene.
How can we have got to this stage? How can we need food banks in 21st Century Britain ? What has happened to our sense of social responsibility when this has become acceptable? I'm not spot lighting the people or organisation behind this, as I'm sure their hearts are in the right place, but I just find it appalling that these things are being set up and being used.
