Sri Lanka - Day 5 - Giritale to Passikudah

We got a bit of a lie in today before our drive to the East coast for a bit of R&R.

The East coast was hit bad during the civil war and when the tsunami struck in 2004. Only now is it starting to be rebuilt. It's still a bit scary seeing the Army checkpoints and patrols in the towns.
