Supporting Role

Uneventful , very busy with no break kinda night shift spent, consequently no bedroom painting going on today either. Preparing instead for tomorrow's coffee morning with friends, undecided at this point what to make in the cake department.

Exception to uneventful was hearing the tragic news filter through overnight regarding the suicide of actor Robin Williams, reminding us that mental health knows no boundaries.

Sometimes knowing we are supported makes all the difference
