Snowberries in rain
Not a very nice day - but a reminder that the summer is rolling by and signs of autumn are appearing. This blip is a little cluster of white berries on a common snowberry shrub which is it showiest feature. Some of its leaves are turning quite autumnal but long after they have dropped off the berries will still be there. This shot shows a bush that is retaining it greenness and shows both the berries and its little red flowers on the right. The polar coordinates filter profiles the leaf and abstracts the background foliage.
