No department quite like it

Meet the staff band...yes that's right...the Warwick German Department have a band. They've had to import their drummer but he used to go to Warwick so it still counts. We have James on guitar and vocals, Jim on acoustic and vocals, Rob (retired) on keyboard and Sean on sax. We also had Steve on vocals but he's not in the shot here.

Basically as an end of year celebration, the department decided to organise a little party for all the finalists. Even Marie came back for it which was nice. Plenty of food, drink and entertainment starting off with Toby, Rich and Tim performing before the staff came on and stole the show. Not to be outdone by David, who'd managed to share the dancefloor with Marie lucky sod, I managed to get Birgit, one of the tutors, on the dancefloor and she definitely had some moves...it was a struggle to keep up!

Ended the night with a little acoustic sing along before heading to the Terrace Bar to watch the Russia South Korea match. So nice of the department to do that for us...can't think of many others that go to that much effort!
