Gladiolus

It has rained today. Torrentially, drizzly, smirry, showery, but always rainy.

We went to Perth to the best coffee bean shop in the world and came all the way back and didn't take a single photo. Only when I got back, I found that I couldn't have taken a shot anyway. One tiny screw had come loose in the battery compartment and the battery wasn't connecting with the contacts. Thankfully I found the screw and got everything connected again.

My wife suggested the gladioli as subjects for the photo of the day and here is the result. I'm quite pleased with it. Hopefully it will be dry tomorrow.
