Anglesey Show

A lovely day for the show, dry and sunny with a stiff breeze. Wandered around for about four hours, saw quite a few old friends, made a few new ones too!

Decided on a selection of photos today:
~ John ac Alun are an established country and western duo who have been entertaining us for decades.

~ Horse-drawn dray wagon from Llangollen Brewery
~ A tanker belonging to Hughes Roberts Haulage Contractors, her name is Lady Carol who is the late Mrs Hughes Roberts who was an amazing lady and a childhood friend of mine and my family. I think she was one of the first women to get a heavy goods licence.
