Went to the hairdressers today, every time I go I think I'll do something different but I never do.
I can't blow dry my hair, I can't style it, I don't even like brushing it. Isabel is great with hair, she wears it lots of different ways . She certainly didn't get that from my gene pool, nor from her dads, he's bald.

£130 later I walked to the car in the lashing rain, and looked like I hadn't been anywhere near a salon.

Today is my mums birthday, I think she would have been 73 but I'm not sure. She's been gone 37 years , I don't really feel anything about it anymore. It makes me feel like I am a cold hearted cow, I haven't cried for years about her, I don't know what this means.
