Big day for a big boy

Ever since he turned 5 he's been desperate to start school. Like, really desperate.

And, after a long wait, tomorrow is the big day.

His new school bag is packed. His homework done. Shirt ironed. And off to bed with no little excitement.

Cause tomorrow is his first day of school. I hope he enjoys it. I hope he learns lots. I hope this enthusiasm stays. I hope he doesnt grow up too fast.

I hope I don't cry. Good luck, big chap. I'll be with you all the way x
