Another day in paradise

Another sunny day, though it has been getting slightly colder. My friend Elina and her daughter Sofia came to visit me by bike. They went for a swim and we had a nice cup of coffee on the terrace afterwards.

Today I managed to finish painting the underside of the roof at Tyven - jaiks, it was a lot of work! We have so much terrace with a roof over it -and I had to go through it all - once for now, next summer I have to apply another coat of paint to it.

In the evening we had our usual hour in the sun at Kainalo: I was cleaning chanterels (and having a glass of wine) and A was reading the newspaper there (with wine). We are developing an alcohol problem if these sunny evenings do not stop...
