The end of a fab day paddling

I paddled Bala Mill Falls and stayed upright!

Such a great day paddling for me - my first grade four feature ( the Welsh rivers guide tells me not to let anyone tell me it isn't a grade four feature!)

We paddled the Tryweryn from just under the white water centre to the car park in Bala. Jim and I were the padding to Matt and Keith's four star assessment - after Jimmy's experience on his he thought they'd like some familiar faces in their group to relieve some of the stress!

I'm still smiling!
