Riverside Park - Blenheim

Old habits die hard. I have become used to capturing images for Blipfoto on a camera. Then I can tweak them on the computer and file them in my Blipfoto folder. This means I have a collection of good quality images to delve into for Camera Club competitions and the like.
This morning I forgot to take my camera. I had walked the dogs from home, skirting the town centre and then headed for the Taylor River Walkways. All was not lost as I had my iPhone with me and it does capture great images. But I was reluctant to upload straight from the iPhone to Blipfoto as I wanted to be able to archive my image. So…. I went about things the long way… I copied my iPhone images to the computer and then chose my blip and got on with the minor editing. So here we have it… A view of Riverside Park on the Taylor River in down-town Blenheim.
