Bliss

Schools are back here today so it's back to the usual routine forme. Up early , look after E and drop her off at school before taking the dogs down to the beach. Earlier visit to the beach also meant that there was nobody else about (apart from Stina who went for todays run along the cycle path before meeting me as I walked back)
