Approaching the Summit

An amazingly atmospheric day in the French Pyrenees climbing up to the Pic de L'Homme. Difficult to choose my favourite shot of the day, but this shows a couple approaching the summit along the ridge as we were leaving. The light gave a silhouette with the mountains beyond. I was particularly torn by the image of the lake from above complete with swirling cloud. I've put some of the others from the day on the link below if it's of interest : )
