Drift Wood

Tom & I went for a walk along the beach earlier this morning--a little overcast, but the sun was trying to break through, & eventually was able to! We were the only ones there--even Tom remarked on how deserted it was--but since I'm not a fan of crowded places, it was heavenly to have it all to ourselves! Even the Lake was quiet today; must be something in the air! I took lots of pictures, but I went with this picture of the driftwood. I liked that there was a bit of the wet sand visible, as well as the rocky shoreline that starts just down from where we were. Only 2 more days of work, & then I'll be off for a week! Can't wait!
