Evesham Park

Week 8 Run 2 - 8 miles

We have had a delightful day! We explored Evesham Park with Emma, Laura, Summer and Joe. We had a picnic in the bandstand and then all the little people enjoyed playing (eating!) in the sand.

We had very civilised cup of tea and found a brilliant book shop where you can re-home three books for free. We all came away with our full quota. I chose three cookery books :)

This afternoon Wilf and I did an 8 mile run around Gotherington/Cleeve/Southam. I also did 5 miles of intervals yesterday but failed to take any pictures all day.
