2 Weeks On

I revisited the seafront today with my friend Hilary to have a close look at the pier 2 weeks after the fire.

I said I would take her to have a look as she is not local and followed the drama as it happened on the news.

With Airbourne starting tomorrow, the promenade under the pier is now open and lots of work was being done on the walkway round the side of the pier with a view to opening parts of it in September.
