Poor house hospital

Stirling Combination Hospital was built in 1903 by the Stirling Combination group who also operated the Stirling poor house. The shields are inscribed Stirling, Bridge of Allan, Callendar, Dunblane and Doune. It's located in the Raploch amidst much new building looking quite out of place. The architect was the wonderfully named Ebeneezer Simpson.
