Just of Joan of Arc street in Rouen is the large clock, famed for being part of K's French lessons since an early age.

Rouen also being famous for the birthplace and also the location where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake, I believe her crime was related to town planning and the one way system. Having experienced the one way system this evening, it's the perfect punishment for the town planner.
