The sun was out today, as we were leaving, so we took out time on the road for couple of stops. Yes, LH, we did go see Skipness Castle. Yes, it's a cracking place.
This charming wall is on the way out to Skipness. People have left a line of limpets along the top.

Woke this morning to the sad news of the passing of probably the last of the great, glamorous Hollywood legends. RIP Lauren Bacall. I was in the same room as her, once, but was too awestruck to go near her.
