Family Day

We took Tess and a friend to Arlington Court for the day.

I took shed loads of photos, but I liked this one best because it's my little girl.

It was lovely, and the National Trust is making a big, long-overdue effort to make everything more child-friendly since we were last there with the older kids, but I was really sad to discover they've stopped the Shire horse-led carriage ride because of health and safety, and replaced it with a modern buggy-style bus thing which is clearly no safer and definitely less fun! Bonkers. The staff were great though and we had a good day.
