The wobble board

You may see this as a desperate blip......

I have this on loan from the physio department, it's good for the ankle.
Point the left end to the floor and step on with the left foot and then with the right foot on the other side. The idea is to wobble left to right and then backwards and forwards, it helps to strengthen the ankles and knees.
And Don't fall off.
Its the best exercise I have come across for the ankle.
