It Begins

A few weeks ago my friend said the words 'it begins' to my husband. They both work in the tourist industry in Edinburgh and festival season is their craziest and busiest time. As I work in Education, I have been enjoying summer holidays until today. It was not only the beginning of new school year for me but the beginning of a new era. Today we started moving into the newly renovated building as our school merges two campuses into one. In these situations it is reasonable to expect hiccups and the unexpected. We arrived this morning to find that the builders were still there, this made it impossible to find parking on site. I manged to squeeze my little car into this tight spot under the bushes. How I wish I could have hidden under the bushes with my car all day!
