Joe Fitzpatrick has an office on the 4th floor of the ministerial tower and a south facing office.

I have a north facing office and only by using a zoom to cut out vast areas of concrete can I present this as my view!!

Is there such a thing as 'view envy'? If so, I'm suffering from it :-D
