Loafing about

I used to make my own bread all the time until my bread machine packed in. Ages ago my dad gave me his one to replace it, I think it was an excuse to buy himself a more fancy one. Before I had a chance to use it though I misplaced the instructions and by the time I found them again the habit of regular bread making was broken. Not any more! First day back at school and I decided today was the day I tested it out. I suspect I need to play around with the settings a bit judging by the rather flat top and slightly dense texture but it is tasty! I'd forgotten how good home made bread tastes.
