Beautiful

Another very busy day at work ........... followed by a lovely evening meal with my best friend, perfect end to the day.

We have been friends since school (too many years ago to remember), our son and her daughter share the exact same birthday (her daughter is 2 hours older), and she has always been there for me whenever needed and I hope she feels I've been there for her. Although we live about 30 mins away from each other, we meet up for an evening meal about 3 or 4 times a year.

She brought me this beautiful orchid, one of my favourite plants, which has pride of place in the en-suite. Scrummy colour.

Great end to hump day.
