Gift #83 - Salt & Heat

As I set myself the challenge of posting only "Gifts" - nothing purchased or made myself, this was a bit tricky, as I bought the Himalayan Salt Block and the Wild Alaskan Salmon, but the gift here is the amazing ability of the salt block, once heated, to both cook and naturally salt the food on it. The result was both healthy and delicious!
