Youngster with gas bottle

I rarely do portraits, mainly, I think, because I don't like my picture taken. I was outside this morning, taking what I had planned to be today's blip when this youngster and a friend walked past. He said a few words to his friend and me, and I turned to him and shot from the hip. All the settings are wrong, there's no composition to speak of, but I simply could not resist his sweet smile.

So, an unexpected and completely unplanned blip, but one that made me happy.
