Holmfirth Memorial Gardens

Late yesterday evening I decided I would visit Holmfirth today in search of a good blip, but this morning whilst looking through the latest uploads on Blipfoto I saw that Robert10's latest blip had been taken in Holmfirth; but anyway, I decided I would carry on as planned.

Arriving there the weather was beautiful and the sun bright, yet within a quarter of an hour the Heavens had opened and I was wet through. I hadn't taken many shots and although I took shelter a while in the hope the rain would stop, I had to give in and call it a day. This is what I salvaged from my trip to Holmfirth.
