Aubergine Gratin
Making full use of the amazing baby aubergines at the moment, today's special is an Aubergine gratin. Fried aubergine, filled with tomato, cheddar, mozzarella and basil, topped with more tomatoes, cheddar and breadcrumbs, served with a salsa. One of those that when you try it, you love it!
