Filling the freezer

I'm away for a few days next week so trying to prepare a few meals for Alan. He's quite able to look after himself but it's is so much quicker and easer for him to just heat something up when he gets home from work.
Cottage pies and chilli was last nights efforts - '100 things to do with mince'!
