Hailstones

My day started with a beautiful sunrise and I was actually up early enough to get a good picture although I have to say it was quite cold which is why I was awake so early. However the day turned into a rather dull dismal wet affair. After a trip out this afternoon I came up the escalator of the tube station to be greeted by this wondrous scene of hailstones, thunder and torrential rain!!! This is taken through the station window. I thought it was a bit more dramatic than the sunrise. I hope you had a better day than this!!
