Moughton Whetstone
Whilst it was busy and wet in The Lakes today it was mostly quiet and sunny in The Dales, where we walked from Clapham to Ingleboro' and Crummackdale. At Moughton Whetstone Hole can be found this rock with distinctive banding patterns of green and purple. The whetstone apparently was once in demand for honing cut-throat razors. Some more info on this here.
