Lifeboat Station, St. Justinian.

The steps leading down to the lifeboat station and launching point did the boat trips out around Ramsey Island (which is what is visible in the distance).

The weather improved dramatically this afternoon, so I was glad that the start time had been delayed.

Ramsey Island is quite stunning. As well as an abundance of bird life, the rock formations that are clearly visible are as dramatic as anywhere I can think of. We had good sightings of kittiwakes and shags, as well as the large seal colony that reside there.
